Free express shipping on every SpineFlow order, in both directions. Orders ship within 1 business day of being placed.

Delivery times

• United States: 3–5 business days
• Canada, UK, EU: 5–7 business days
• Australia, New Zealand: 6–9 business days
• All other countries: 7–14 business days

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

30-day risk-free trial

We want SpineFlow to become a quiet, daily part of your evening. If it doesn't, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund — including return shipping.

How to return

1. Email storegate79@gmail.com with your order number.
2. We'll send a prepaid return label within one business day.
3. Drop it at any carrier location.
4. Refund issued within 5 business days of receipt.

Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, email storegate79@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement immediately.
