How quickly will I feel results?

Most people feel surface tension lift in the very first 12-minute session. Deeper changes — sleep quality, posture, end-of-day energy — typically settle in around days 7–14 with daily use.

Is it safe for daily use?

Yes. SpineFlow is designed for daily, even multi-times-a-day use. The auto-stop cycle protects against overuse, and the silicone surface is medical-grade and allergen-tested. We recommend one to two 12-minute sessions per day.

Can I use it during work?

Absolutely. It runs at under 30dB — quieter than a library — and the slim profile sits naturally under a collar. Many of our customers run a session during meetings.

Who shouldn't use SpineFlow?

Please consult your physician before use if you have a pacemaker, are pregnant, have a diagnosed cervical condition, or are recovering from neck or spine surgery.

Battery & care

How long does the battery last?

A full charge delivers about 12 sessions — typically two weeks of daily use. Recharging takes around 90 minutes via the included USB-C cable.

How do I clean it?

Wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Do not submerge. The silicone surface is rated for cleaning with mild soap if needed.
